Description

Bolgheri Rosso from Tenuta Casalino by Bonacchi is born in a unique area of the Tuscan coast, expressing a modern and elegant style through a blend of international grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah. This wine represents the excellence of the Bolgheri denomination, characterized by balance, intensity, and great drinkability.

Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the aromatic purity of the grapes. Aging continues in barrique for a few months, helping to enrich the wine’s profile with greater complexity and smoothness.

It has an intense red color. On the nose, it offers elegant aromas of red fruits enhanced by spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is smooth, full, and well-balanced, with sweet and velvety tannins leading to a harmonious and persistent finish.

It pairs well with red meat main courses and is ideal with hearty dishes such as pappardelle with hare ragù.
