Bardolino DOC 2016 Bellora

This Bardolino was born inside the Tenuta di Naiano, owned by the Bellora family, located in the heart of the splendid hillside setting in the Verona area.

Obtained from the assembly of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, harvested in the first half of September, this wine, after a soft pressing, ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After malolactic fermentation, the product is left to age for 3 months in steel and for another 2 months in bottle before being put on the market.

Bardolino di Bellora is characterized by a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by small berries, followed by typical spicy notes of pepper and dog rose. In the mouth it is dry and harmonious, with a light body that facilitates drinking.

Excellent with first courses and risotto, it goes very well with grilled white meats.
