Description
Prosper Maufoux's Chardonnay Elégance comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Burgundy AOC.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. The must ferments in small oak barrels. Even the aging, which lasts for a few months, takes place in small oak barrels.
Prosper Maufoux's Chardonnay Elégance has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose shows captivating notes of white flowers and tropical fruit, wrapped in a light toasted hint. In the mouth it is large and round, with a pleasantly acidic, sapid and mineral finish.
This wine is perfect to accompany all white meat courses
