Description
Bourgueil Trinch! of Domaine Breton originates in the Loire Valley, France, from vineyards cultivated according to an organic farming method and composed of vines with an average age of about 20 years, planted on a soil rich in clay and limestone.
It is made up of 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, rigorously harvested by hand. The alcoholic fermentation of about 18 days precedes the aging in wood which lasts until the spring following the harvest.
At sight it shows an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of cherry and other red fruits, licorice and a herbaceous varietal note. In the mouth it is both fresh and soft, determined by a velvety tannin.
We recommend pairing it with a curry chicken.
