Description

The Brunello di Montalcino of the line Il Vino dei Poeti di Bottega is born in vineyards located in the territory of Montalcino.

It is produced with 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes, harvested by hand and dried in the fruit cellar. Fermentation takes place with maceration for about 3 weeks in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 2 years in oak barrels and for another 4 months in bottle.

Brunello di Montalcino The Wine of the Poets of Bottega has an intense ruby red color, tending towards garnet. The nose opens with intense aromas of red and purple fruits, enriched with notes of vanilla and spices. On the palate it is warm and dry, sapid and soft, with a pleasant and persistent aftertaste.

Excellent as a meditation wine. Perfect to accompany game and red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses and white truffle.
