Tupungato Cabernet Sauvignon IG 1300 2022 Andeluna

The Cabernet Sauvignon of the 1300 line of Andeluna comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Uco Valley, within the renowned Argentine wine region of Mendoza.

It is produced with pure Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested entirely by hand with careful selection of the bunches. After a short maceration at low temperatures, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 3 months in French oak barrels and for another 3 months inside the bottle.

Intense ruby red wine with purple hues, it begins on the nose with notes of pepper and cloves. In the mouth it senses its extraordinary balance which makes it drinkable and succulent, with closure on a spicy finish.

Excellent with all red meat dishes, it is ideal as a meditation wine.
