Description
The Campi Flegrei Piedirosso of the La Sibilla company was born from soils of volcanic origin that are located within the municipality of Bacoli, in the province of Naples.
It is the result of only Piedirosso grapes grown on the spot, harvested entirely by hand. Once the fermentation sur lies in steel has finished for 5 months, the wine ages for 3 months in bottle before being released on the market.
The Piedirosso of the La Sibilla company is dressed in a bright red color. The nose releases a fragrant and fresh bouquet, composed of herbaceous hints that are accompanied by ripe fruit, among which the marasca and the plum stand out. In the mouth it is characterized by a clean and decisive taste, supported by an indomitable elegance and freshness.
This wine is particularly suitable for indulging in soups based on legumes, fish and spicy dishes.
