Description
The Cannonau of Sardinia of the Cantina Su'entu was born in the splendid and sunny Sardinia.
It is produced entirely from Cannonau grapes all harvested and selected manually in mid-late September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in second passage barriques for 12 months and for further 2 months in bottle before being released on the market.
This Cannonau di Sardegna is characterized by a ruby red color with orange reflections. The nose opens with an elegant and fresh fruity bouquet, enriched with notes of red fruits and sweet resin. On the palate it is pleasantly tannic and soft.
Perfect to combine during appetizers of cold cuts, cold cuts and aged cheeses, it is ideal if served with pasta dishes with substantial meat sauces.
