Description
Bacardi Superior Carta Blanca is a great mixology classic of all time. It represents a business card of the well-known Bacardi brand, born and raised in the land of Cuba.
It is a blend of more full-bodied rums with more delicate ones, perfect for obtaining a final distillate with light strokes but still with balance and character. The two types of rum follow separate refinement paths, inside wooden barrels in which the burbon previously rested. Here, they mature for a period ranging from 12 to 24 months and then combined in a blend to give the iconic Superior White Paper White Rum.
Containing no caramel, this rum is completely transparent and crystalline. Its scent recalls the citrine notes of lemon and the more decisive notes of bamboo, then fading on traces of dried fruit. The aroma perceived on the nose is confirmed by the taste and makes it perfect for mixing.
