Description

An homage to Barolo in three expressions: this trilogy by Josetta Saffirio gathers three interpretations of Nebbiolo from Monforte d'Alba, in the prestigious Castelletto subzone. A collection for those who wish to delve into the soul of the Langhe, where Piemonte's most noble grape variety meets complex soils and meticulous winemaking to create wines of great elegance and structure.

Each bottle tells its own story: the Barolo from the Municipality of Monforte d'Alba offers aromatic richness and pronounced minerality derived from sandy, clayey, and silty soils. The Barolo Riserva Millenovecento48 comes from a historic vineyard planted after the war and is based on a long maceration with the skins fully immersed, which imparts depth and complexity. The Barolo Ravera, originating from Novello, is shaped by calcareous-rich soils and a unique aging process in both oak barrels and porcelain, creating an elegant and vertical expression.

An exclusive and enlightening tasting experience for enthusiasts and collectors. The three Barolo wines, different in terroir and technique, accompany you on a journey through one of the world’s most iconic wines. Perfect to pair with flavorful meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, or as a gift for someone you truly want to make happy.
