Description

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo from Tenuta Ulisse is produced in the heart of the Abruzzo wine region.

It is made entirely from red grapes, hand-picked and selected by experts at the beginning of October. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled, inert stainless steel tanks at 12°C. The wine is first refined in stainless steel tanks and then in the bottle before being released for sale.

This Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is distinguished by its bright cherry pink color. On the nose, it offers delicate and elegant scents of strawberry and ripe cherry, enriched with floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, pleasantly acidic, and finishes with a persistent aromatic note.

Ideal with fish soups and grilled fish main courses, it is also excellent with pizzas and grilled white meats.
