Description
The Chablis Terres de Pierres di Verget is born in vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Chablis.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months on the lees, before being bottled.
Terret de Pierres di Verget has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a large and intense citrus bouquet, enriched with mineral, floral and honeyed notes. On the palate it is fresh and sapid, soft and elegant.
Perfect to accompany fish and white meat dishes, this wine is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses.
