Description

The Grand Cru is an expression of maximum quality, finesse and elegance. This is how domaine Le Chablisienne tells its version of excellence at Chardonnay, which makes up 100% of the blend of this white. We are in the Chablis wine region, within Burgundy. In short, a name is a guarantee for a very high quality white.

The grapes come from vineyards at least 50 years old, full of the complexity of the years and imbued with the finesse of an extremely mineral soil. The Chateau Grenouille is also a monopoly of the domaine and this allows Le Chablisienne to vinify something absolutely unique and unrepeatable.

Its straw yellow color reveals some brilliant golden reflections. The nose opens on a complexity of citrus fruits, candied citron peels and ripe yellow peach, on a background of sweet spices and acacia honey. The taste is still complex, creamy, savory and vertical, for a synthesis of balance that persists in persistence with extraordinary elegance.

To be combined with a butter lobster.
