Description

The Champagne Baron-Fuenté Esprit Blanc de Blancs is a refined and radiant expression of the Vallée de la Marne, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes selected from the maison's own vineyards, combining elegance and minerality.

Part of the wine is vinified in wood, while maturation continues with a long period on the lees in the bottle, a process that imparts aromatic complexity and structure while maintaining freshness and expressive precision.

On tasting, it appears brilliant, with delicate aromas of white flowers, apple, and mineral notes, while the palate is fresh and taut, recalling candied citrus, remarkable purity of taste, and a fine, persistent finish.

It pairs beautifully with oysters, white fish, shellfish, and elegant appetizers.
