Description

The Champagne Brut Millésime of Deutz comes from vineyards located in Aÿ, a renowned Grand Cru in the heart of the AOC Champagne.

It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, with small additions of Pinot Meunier grapes depending on the vintage, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the champenoise method, with subsequent aging on the lees.

Champagne Brut Millésime by Deutz is characterized by a pale yellow-gold color, and a delicate and persistent perlage. The nose opens with delicate hints of white flowers, enriched with notes of licorice and menthol. On the palate it is elegant and character, pleasantly fresh.

Perfect to accompany raw fish, on all sushi and sashimi, this champagne is ideal in combination with risotto and white meats.
