This Extra Brut dosage stands out for its elegant, refined and full-bodied style, delivering a long persistence on the palate. The bottle fermentation strictly follows the Champenoise Method, a choice that ensures consistent quality and a deep aromatic integration. The result is a glass with a precise technical profile, reflecting the care taken from the vineyard to the bottle.

Where it comes from

This wine is born in Courteron, in the Bar sur Seine area, set within the renowned Côte des Bar. In this particular part of Champagne, Erick Schreiber leads a pioneering approach to agriculture that is both rigorous and environmentally friendly. The estate's vineyards are all certified Demeter and are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. This deep connection with the land and its natural rhythms results in healthy and expressive grapes, which translate into a wine with intense aromatic definition and remarkable palate clarity.

How it is made

The base for this cuvée is formed by the careful vinification of Pinot Noir grapes, joined by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Part of the wine matures in wooden barrels, a technical choice aimed at providing complexity without compromising the freshness typical of the denomination. The subsequent prise de mousse is carried out using the Champenoise Method, followed by a lengthy aging of eight years on the lees. This extended bottle-aging phase is fundamental for refining the fineness of the perlage and ensuring a continued aromatic evolution.
