Description

Champagne Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut Cuvée Anaphore is produced by the Maison Pascal Lejeune, born in the early nineteenth century in Moussy.

Champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from vineyards located in Pierry Premier Cru. After vinification, the wine ages for 6 months in steel and briefly in oak barrels. The sparkling process takes place according to the Champenoise method and subsequently requires aging on the lees for 3 years.

It is characterized by an intense straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with aromas of citrus and tobacco. On the palate it is fresh and complex, with a persistent finish.

Excellent both as an aperitif and in combination with raw fish and oysters.
