Description
The Rosé Ultradition by Laherte Frères is a Champagne that expresses the elegance and maturity of old Pinot Meunier vines. Exclusively made from this grape variety, it represents a perfect balance between fruit, complexity, structure, and freshness. The cultivation practices respect nature, with an influence of ecological methods, while the average age of the vines is around 30 years.
The cuvée is composed of 100% Pinot Meunier, with 30% vinified in maceration, 10% as red wine, and 60% as white wine, of which 40% comes from reserve wines aged in barrique. The grapes are harvested by hand at perfect ripeness, followed by traditional pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in tanks, foudres, and barrique, with a partially completed malolactic fermentation and aging on fine lees.
Visually, it presents a bright pink color. On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of red currant, orange peel, rose petals, and mint. On the palate, it stands out for its powerful and enveloping structure, with great depth and lively freshness.
Perfect to pair with refined fish dishes, shellfish, or white meats, enhancing its fruity nuances and elegant minerality.
