Champagne AOC Ascension Rosé Carbon
Description
Carbon Champagne Ascension Rosé is made with high quality grapes from Premier Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs and Marne, in the Champagne region.
It is produced with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the dictates of the champenoise method, refining for a long time on its own yeasts, in the plaster chambers of the Maison, away from light and in controlled environmental conditions.
Carbon Champagne Ascension Rosé is characterized by a soft salmon pink color and a refined perlage. The nose opens with fruity hints of strawberry, raspberry and cherry, enriched with notes of violet and lilac. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with a fascinating and irresistible persistence.
Its spring freshness makes it the perfect aperitif.
Since 2017, Formula One has signed an agreement with the Maison Carbon, which has become the official supplier of the magnums uncorked on the podium of the Grand Prix. The bottle, unique in its kind, is totally covered with a thin layer of carbon fiber, the same material that characterizes the technology present in this sport.
