Description

This Champagne is a Blanc de Noirs Léonce d'Albe is produced in the Côte des Bar, in the Champagne region.

It is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, vinified in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation takes place in bottle according to the Champenoise method.

In the glass, the wine is straw yellow in colour with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is of wild flowers, peaches and plums. The palate is fine and delicate.

Ideal with roast chicken or Milanese risotto.
