The Champagne Brut Grand Cru AOC Sophie Baron represents the classic style of the Maison.
The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir cuvée is masterfully created by Sophie Baron's chef de Cave, and ages for 7 years on its lees, with manual remuage every day.
A true exercise of style, which in the glass amazes for the crystalline color and the elegance of the perlage, and teases the nose with a bouquet that combines citrus and fruity notes with the typical aromas of resting on the yeasts such as bread crust and brioche. A pleasure for the palate too, thanks to the fruity and complex taste.
Serve it as an aperitif to your guests or combine it with your most successful fish menus: success is guaranteed.
