Description

The Champagne Brut Grand Cru Cuvée Tradition by Pierson Cuvelier comes from vines located in the heart of the magical Montagne de Reims.

It is produced 86% with Pinot Noir grapes and 15% with Chardonnay grapes combined with a small percentage of reserve wines from previous harvests. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

The Cuvée Tradition is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with a fresh, fine and fruity bouquet, with aromas of white fruits, enriched with pleasant light spicy notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a harmonious and fine body.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and seafood, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
