Sophie Baron is a champagne house that operates in Charly-sur-Marne, near Paris, inserted in the Marne Valley area. It manages its vineyards with sustainable practices, with particular attention to the Pinot Meunier variety.
This Champagne Rosé Grande Réserve is characterized by a cherry pink color and fine and lively bubbles. Delicate notes of red fruits on the nose dominate the olfactory picture. On the palate it convinces with its balance between full body, fruit and freshness.
Appreciated as an aperitif, it is ideal in the company of salmon-based main courses.
