Description

The Brut Champagne Le Réserve by Billecart-Salmon is a cuvée of extraordinary harmony and balance, created through a skillful blend of three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier. This combination comes from the best terroirs of Champagne, ensuring a sophisticated sensory experience that fits perfectly for any occasion, whether as an aperitif or during a special dinner.

The vinification takes place in vats, followed by malolactic fermentation that gives the wine its distinctive elegance. It is composed of 50-60% reserve wines, with a moderate dosage. Aging on the lees occurs over a period of 30 months in traditional cellars, ensuring a unique complexity and depth.

To the eye, it shows a pale golden yellow color, accompanied by fine bubbles and an abundant and persistent foam. The nose detects fresh fruit and ripe pear aromas, while the palate offers a straightforward and precise attack, with exceptional freshness. The bouquet is rich and culminates in a sense of harmony and refinement.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs magnificently with fish, light and refined dishes.
