Description

Produced in France by the maison J.P. Chenet, this alcohol-free sparkling white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes and offers a fresh and refined tasting experience. Its elegant character makes it perfect for convivial moments or for an alcohol-free toast, while maintaining the varietal character in a light and modern guise.

The winemaking follows traditional methods, followed by a slow and delicate de-alcoholization process that takes over 30 hours, carried out through vacuum distillation in a state-of-the-art facility. This process allows the structure and aromatic profile of the wine to be preserved without the addition of external aromas, ensuring an authentic and natural taste.

In appearance, it is a pale golden yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intense, dominated by white flowers and citrus. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious balance of sweetness and freshness, with an aromatic persistence that enriches the tasting.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate desserts.
