Description

This Chianti is obtained only from Sangiovese grapes harvested in the La Boncia vineyard which insists on a rocky soil rich in very generous skeleton in terms of nutrients located on the slopes of the Montagnola Senese.

The grapes are immediately transported to the cellar, after the harvest, and subjected to destemming. The must macerates for 10 days in steel containers and ferments at a temperature of 25 ° C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in steel.

It reveals itself to the eye of a beautiful ruby red. The nose gives off intense and fresh aromas of grapefruit, cherry and raspberry. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with soft tannins and a fragrant and inviting taste.

It goes very well with first courses, cheeses and meats, both white and red.
