BWW 2022 - Best Italy Wine Critic of the World
Luca Gardini
Intense ruby red color, nose of red plum, touches of laurel and floral, with a closure on the notes of licorice. Dense and thick mouth, savory tannins and beautiful persistence. Final with return of the fruity-officinal touches.

Description

The Chianti Riserva Vigna di Pallino of Tenuta Sette Ponti rises within the vineyard of the same name, from rows located at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level.

It is made entirely from Sangiovese grapes, which ferment in contact with the skins for 18 days. This is followed by 12 months of aging in wood and bottle aging for 6 months before the wine is placed on the market.

Ruby red in color, it has a pleasantly fruity bouquet on the nose, enriched by light spicy hints. A wine of great depth and compactness, it is pleasant and velvety.

Particularly suitable to accompany roasts, it goes well with medium-aged cheeses.
