Description
The Cocchi Rosa Aperitif is the American white Cocchi aperitif variant, produced with Piedmontese red wines to which are added extracts of herbs and spices: the traditional gentianella, cinchona and citrus, with additions, in this case, of ginger, vanilla and rose petals.
It has a bright cherry red color almost red, naturally obtained starting from the red color of the wine. The nose is characterized by an intense and characteristic note of wild rose, while on the palate it is characterized by a slightly "bitter" and balsamic taste, pleasantly persistent.
Excellent to serve with ice cubes, a splash of soda, ginger beer, lemon soda, or tonic water and a pink grapefruit zest. Ideal for preparing cocktails when mixed with gin, vodka and mezcal.
