Description

The Rémy Martin VSOP is an iconic Fine Champagne Cognac, created in 1927 as the first blend of its kind. It represents the perfect balance between tradition and modernity, encased in a distinctive black satin bottle. Year after year, the Cellar Masters preserve the original stylistic signature, delivering an elegant and vibrant spirit ideal for convivial and refined moments.

It is produced from a selection of eaux-de-vie exclusively from Grande and Petite Champagne and aged in French oak barrels. This process allows for a rich and structured aromatic profile, with a silky and multilayered body that embodies all the French savoir-faire.

On the nose, it reveals warm notes of vanilla, followed by dried apricot and candied pear. On the palate, it is well-balanced and round, with a perfect harmony of dried fruit and delicate hints of liquorice. The golden color reflects its refinement, and the lingering taste offers an enveloping and sophisticated sensation.

Excellent neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails such as Rémy Ginger or Mint Julep; it pairs with vanilla macarons and baked apple pie.
