Description

The Colli Toscana Centrale Syrah Case Via dell'Azienda Agricola Fontodi was born in the company vineyards of Case Via and Pecille, grown under organic farming.

It is produced with 100% Syrah grapes, spontaneously fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks with fulling and thermal control for at least 3 weeks. The wine is then placed in Tronçais and Allier barriques, where it ages for 12 months.

It is a wine with a ruby red color with purple reflections, very dense. The nose opens with hints of berries, among which stand out notes of raspberries and blackberries. In the mouth it is sapid and elegant, with a pleasant finish. This wine is suitable for long aging.

Perfect in combination with first courses based on meat sauce and meat sauces, it is ideal to accompany game and grilled red meats.
