Description

The Collio Chardonnay of the Isidoro Polencic winery was born in the historic vineyard area of the municipality of Cormòns, in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

It is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes harvested and selected by hand in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is refined, partly in French oak barrels and partly in steel, before being bottled.

This Collio Chardonnay is characterized by an intense golden yellow color. The nose opens with a refined fruity bouquet, with hints of Golden apple and crusty fresh bread. On the palate it is inviting, fresh and elegant.

Ideal to accompany light and fast appetizers based on fresh fish, it is perfect to combine with soups and soups with seasonal vegetables or fish.
