Description
Ribolla Gialla Ronco del Frassino is synonymous with top quality for Friuli, a region renowned for producing exceptional wines, expressed in the terraced vineyards along the hillsides, the "Ronchi", surrounded by wooded landscapes where ash trees are predominant. This is where the estate gets its name. The label celebrates this ecosystem through the feather of the Oriolus oriolus (Golden Oriole), a bird with vibrant yellow plumage that lives among the treetops, building its hammock-shaped nest right in the forks of the highest ash branches.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C, followed by maturation, also in steel.
Its brilliant straw yellow color shines in the glass and releases elegant floral aromas on the nose, enriched by delicate citrus notes. The palate is dominated by its lively freshness, finesse, and a pleasantly mineral finish.
This is the ideal wine to accompany aperitifs, fried fish, delicate seafood appetizers, and vegetarian dishes.
