ComunAle Golden Ale Birra Amiata

The ComunAle is produced by the Birra Amiata brewery, in the province of Grosseto. Despite the evident influence from the Golden Ale tradition, this beer shows an original character that tries to reproduce the natural flavors of the territory to which it belongs.

La ComunAle has a light blond color, with an abundant foam and good persistence. The nose offers a strong herbaceous scent, with fruity notes and final hints of bergamot. On the palate it is elegant and well balanced, with malty and hoppy sensations that alternate, balancing each other perfectly. The finish releases a good bitterness which leaves the mouth pleasantly clean.

This beer proves perfect with meat sauce and first courses. Ideal with aged cheeses, it also accompanies a good pizza very well.
