Description
Goccia Bianca di Venturini Baldini is produced using cooked must of only Malvasia white grapes and wine vinegar, aged in old white oak barrels for at least 5 years.
With a limpid and transparent white appearance, Venturini Baldini's Goccia Bianca expresses a slightly pungent and aromatic bouquet, characteristic of the original grape variety. On the palate it is fine and astringent, with good salinity and a pleasantly accentuated sour tone.
Excellent with all dishes based on fish, cooked or raw vegetables, it is enhanced with panna cotta, strawberries and fruit salads.
