Venturini Baldini 's Truffle Drop is the result of the combination of cooked grape must, wine vinegar and natural white truffle extract, subjected to aging.

It has a bright black color. It brings to the nose a penetrating and fascinating fragrance of white truffle. In the mouth it is intense and full, with an exalting correspondence of the sensations perceived by the nose.

Tasty in combination with risotto and cheeses, both fresh and seasoned, it is perfect on meat, game and quail eggs. It can be used to replace the same truffle.
