Description
The Goccia Rosé from Acetaia di Canossa is a condiment based on Ancellotta grape must that ages for 5 years in white oak barrels. For its qualities from a sensorial point of view it received the Superior Taste Award in Brussels.
It is characterized by a bright and clear pink color. Pleasantly fruity on the nose, it is characterized by a fresh and delicate flavor.
Excellent on cured meats and raw meat dishes, it is ideal for seasoning grilled vegetables and fish.
