Description

àuricA Rosato Syrah is a Costa Toscana wine produced by Tenute Folonari, created to express freshness, freedom, and harmony inspired by the sea breeze of the Tuscan coast. Made exclusively from Syrah grapes, it represents the most fragrant and contemporary soul of the àuricA range, with a dynamic and engaging style that highlights the grape's aromatic intensity.

The winemaking process is aimed at preserving the aromatic component and the liveliness of the fruit, through careful handling that enhances balance and pleasantness. The result is a rosé with a well-defined personality, capable of merging structure and smoothness in a harmonious and refined sip.

It has a bright, crystalline pink color. On the nose, it alternates elegant hints of pink flowers, wisteria, and orange blossom, accompanied by delicate notes of peach. On the palate, it is enveloping and balanced between acidity, salinity, and the smoothness typical of Syrah, with a fresh and thirst-quenching persistence reminiscent of the sea breeze.

It pairs perfectly with gourmet cuisine, pasta with flavorful sauces, elaborate fish dishes, white meats, and Mediterranean summer vegetables accompanied by local cheeses.
