Description

The CF4te de Nuits by La Maison Romane is a red wine produced in the municipality of Comblanchien, one of the most prestigious areas of the CF4te de Nuits in Burgundy. This area, famous for its deeply aromatic Pinot Noir, is distinguished by a combination of a continental climate and clay-limestone soils, ideal for expressing finesse and aromatic complexity.

Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, the wine is vinified using traditional techniques that include whole cluster fermentation and aging in French oak barrels. This process allows for the preservation of varietal purity and enriches the structure and longevity of the wine, maintaining an authentic and refined style.

It presents a bright ruby red color. The bouquet is elegant and intense, with hints of cherry, raspberry, and fine spices. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with velvety tannins, good acidity, and a persistent, mineral finish typical of the limestone soils of the area.

It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, duck, or aged soft cheeses.
