Description

Moillard's bag in box is a French red wine produced exclusively from Gamay grapes. The grapes come from 4 "départements" of Burgundy (Côte-d'Or, Saône-et-Loire, Yonne and Rhône).

The grapes undergo first of all a pre-fermentation and a cold maceration in thermoregulated vats. The wine obtained is aged in steel on the fine lees for 9 months.

Ruby red in color with purple hues, it reveals aromas of cherry and black currant to the nose. The sip is dry and fresh, easy to drink.

Perfect for grilled red and white meats with friends.
