Description
Skein Rouge comes from vineyards over 100 years old located in the French Roussillon region and cultivated according to an organic cultivation method.
It consists of a blend of Carignano red berried grapes, 80% present, and white berried grapes. Fermentation is triggered spontaneously by the indigenous yeasts present on the skins. The refinement takes place in 500 liter barrels and lasts about 16 months, at the end of which the wine is bottled without filtration.
Intense ruby red in color. The scent is expressed on notes of black berry fruit and red flowers, inserted in a complex background of aromatic herbs and earthy notes. The tannin wraps the mouth with persuasive intensity, supported by an equally enveloping and full body. The excellent persistence confirms the fabric.
In a meal entirely based on land cuisine, this wine lends itself to escorting all courses, from the appetizer to the closing cheeses. Equipped with a lot of character, as much pleasure, it lends itself to being combined with multifaceted preparations.
