Côtes de Provence AOC Rosso 2014 Domaine de l'Ile

Domaine de l'Ile's Côtes De Provence Rosso comes from vineyards located in Porquerolles, the largest and most western island of the small archipelago of the Hyères Islands, in Provence.

It is produced 90% from Syrah grapes and 10% from Grenache grapes harvested exclusively by hand. The wine matures and refines with a traditional method.

This Côtes De Provence is characterized by a deep ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of black fruits, enriched with pleasant floral hints of violet. On the palate it is full and velvety.

Perfect to accompany cold cuts and cold cuts, first courses with meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with grilled red meats and stewed meats.
