Description

The Crémant Brut is produced by Domaine Hubert Reyser, a family-run estate founded in 1963 in Nordheim, Alsace. Today, 1.5 hectares of vineyards are located in the Grand Cru Steinklotz in Marlenheim.

The wine is made predominantly from Chardonnay grapes. It is sparkling in the bottle following the traditional method and ages on the lees for 3 years.

Straw yellow in color with a delicate and persistent perlage, it opens on the nose with notes of white flowers, apple and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and creamy, with good persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany appetizers, fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
