Description

Crémant Blanc Limoux Brut Nature by Paul G. Valentin is a French sparkling wine produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, within the Limoux appellation, one of the historic areas for sparkling wine production. Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin, and Pinot Noir, it represents a pure and authentic expression of the terroir, with no added sugars, able to enhance freshness, elegance, and stylistic precision.

The vinification process includes direct pressing of the grapes, followed by a slow alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary aromas. The process continues with the prise de mousse according to the traditional method and prolonged aging on the lees, which helps develop complexity, refined perlage, and balanced structure.

On the nose, it shows delicate and refined aromas, marked by notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, and subtle mineral hints. On the palate, it is dry, taut, and vibrant, with pronounced freshness combined with a creamy texture and a fine, persistent perlage. The finish is long, clean, and elegant, with a pleasant sense of purity.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with seafood, oysters, fish dishes and light preparations.
