Description

Paul G. Valentin's Crémant Rosé Brut is a French sparkling rosé produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, within the Limoux appellation, renowned for its elegance and its long tradition of sparkling wine production. Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin, and Pinot Noir, it strikes a balance between freshness, structure, and aromatic finesse, embodying a refined and contemporary style.

The production process involves direct pressing of the grapes and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatic fragrance. The second fermentation is carried out using the traditional method, followed by aging on the lees, which helps develop complexity, creaminess, and a fine, persistent mousse.

On the nose, it opens with elegant notes of small red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by delicate floral nuances and subtle citrus hints. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and harmonious, with good structure supported by pleasant acidity and a fine perlage. The finish is long, refined, and pleasantly fruity.

It pairs perfectly with appetizers, fish dishes, shellfish, and light Mediterranean cuisine.
