Delle Venezie IGT Malbech Gli Aceri 2019 Paladin

Malbech Gli Aceri is the flagship product of the Venetian company Paladin as well as the most awarded label. The company has always been linked to this grape variety and today it is its most important producer.

Obtained exclusively from Malbech grapes, harvested and selected manually, this wine ages for 12 months in barrique and for another 6 months in cask, before being bottled and further refinement in bottle for 6 months, acquiring extraordinary harmony.

The Malbech Gli Aceri di Paladin has a ruby red color, with noble garnet reflections. The nose offers a clean and intense aroma, with fruity notes well accompanied by fine tabaceous and spicy sensations. On the palate it shows a great harmony and an elegant and sophisticated body

It accompanies incomparably roasted turbot and dishes based on red meat, noble poultry and game.
