Description

Munti's Etna Rosso Lenza is a Nicosia company wine produced with a blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes.

With vineyards located at an average altitude of 720 meters above sea level and located on soils of lava origin, the wine is obtained by first harvesting by hand in October. Transported to the cellar, the grapes macerate cold for 24 hours before starting a fermentation at a controlled temperature for up to 15 days in steel. This is followed by aging in steel, then in tonneaux for up to 4 months and another six months in the bottle.

Of a beautiful bright ruby red, it offers a complex and intense nose with red fruits accompanied by floral scents. Soft and lively on the palate, it maintains the fruity consistency for a full and enveloping sip followed by a persistent finish.

Perfect with cured meats and semi-aged cheeses, it goes well with savory first courses, roasted and grilled meats.
