Description

Jocò is a precious wine that comes from pure Pecorino grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. It comes from a medium-textured soil, which gives the wine a sapid and characteristic character. Vinification and aging in steel tanks.

A beautiful bright straw yellow satisfies the view, while the nose is gentle, delicate, with pleasant floral hints that marry a complex fruity bouquet of pineapple, grapefruit and peach. In the mouth the entrance is fresh, balanced, with a pleasantly persistent finish.

The most suitable wine to accompany delicate appetizers of sea and land, will be a pleasant surprise in combination with a risotto with shrimp and lemon.
