Description
Brutto Anatroccolo is a Fiano di Avellino produced from the union of two estate crus located in the municipality of Montefalcione, in the province of Avellino. The grapes come from vineyards situated at 450 meters above sea level on clayey, sandy, and calcareous soils, with east-west and southwest exposures.
The bunches are harvested by hand in the first ten days of October from a selection of vines from the two estate crus. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine is subsequently aged in the bottle to enhance freshness and complexity.
This wine stands out for its broad and vibrant aromatic profile, with notes of citrus, yellow fruit, and alfalfa. On the palate, it is taut, vertical, and distinctly savory, offering an agile and dynamic sip, perfectly balanced between freshness and structure.
It is ideal paired with aperitifs and fish dishes.
