Description
The Fiano di Avellino F of the Di Meo winery comes from selected vineyards in the municipality of Salza Irpina, in the province of Avellino.
It is the result of pure Fiano grapes, traditionally vinified in steel at controlled temperature. Then the wine remains in the bottle for a period of 3-6 months before being released on the market.
It is distinguished by a straw yellow color with greenish hues. The nose clearly perceives hints of toasted hazelnut, enriched by delicate honeyed sensations. The sip is characteristic and intense, pleasantly fresh and persistent.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood and fish.
