Description

Franciacorta Brut by Cantina Lovera is made from Chardonnay grapes cultivated in Erbusco, in the historic area of Franciacorta. The vines, on average twenty years old, are located at 300 meters above sea level and benefit from a north-east exposure. The loamy soils provide the ideal conditions for producing a wine that fully expresses the character of the region.

The production process involves vinification in stainless steel for ten months, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine matures on the lees for at least eighteen months, which is the time needed to achieve a fine perlage and a balanced structure that enhances the wine's intensity and freshness.

On the nose, it presents a delicate yet assertive bouquet, with citrus aromas, notes of bread crust, and subtle floral nuances. On the palate, it is intense, fresh, and persistent, with lively bubbles and good acidity that make it dynamic and pleasantly dry.

It pairs perfectly with grilled shellfish or seafood risottos.
